General Information
IT General Corp strives to provide service within a four (4) hour response time of a service call being placed, during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Service calls within a 15 mile radius of our Burbank office are never charged travel time and billed at $110 per hour when the technician arrives at the site. Service calls outside the 15 mile radius will be billed at $110 per hour, port-to-port. Service calls and equipment purchase requests may be placed by email or telephone at the contact numbers listed above.
IT General Corp can provide “after-hours” service, and response is dependent on current schedules. “After-hours” are Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m and on weekends and holidays. IT General Corp asks that, when possible, pre-arrangements and pre-approval be made for any after hours work ASAP. We understand that emergencies arise and we will respond accordingly.
Services
IT General Corp provides the following services to all of its clients: Networking/infra-structure design, computer sales and repair, firewall and DSL/T1 connectivity and systems security, Verint installation and support, SIS support and maintenance including backup, consulting and technology analysis and On-Site technician placement. These are just a few of the services available so please call if you need something that is not listed. We offer many other services such as shutdown and servicing voicemail systems, and other technologies.
Warranty
Equipment: IT General Corp purchases for resale, only new, manufacturer-warranty equipment and does not offer any additional warranty; coverage is bound by the Manufacture’s warranty only. IT General Corp will respond to manufacturer-warranty equipment calls with a priority status and follow-up replacement of the defective equipment. On-site service for pickup, diagnoses and delivery will be billed at normal hourly rate after the first 30 days of installation.
Service: All service calls provided by IT General Corp technicians are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days provided the service calls relate directly to the original service request. If after thirty days, the original service request has not been resolved, IT General Corp will provide the Customer with continued warranty, if any, on the original service request. We request that the customer contact IT General Corp within 48 hours after a service call if any warranty issues arise.
